Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team and this position will have one direct report to manage daily.
The role of Marketing Manager requires somebody with hands on experience and committed to the care of delivering the best service to its clients. It requires somebody professional and confident when creating a strategy and seeing the whole process through to delivery and analysis.
Key responsibilities:
Manager annual marketing plans and be key in the full execution
Be involved in the brand development since the merger
Own the client acquisition programme - see inbound/outbound results
Drive brand awareness through events, social etc
Market research for customer journeys - New and existing
Deliver engaging strategies for customer communication
Create content for all channels
Analyse all campaigns providing insight to other departments.
This role is not for somebody looking for a 9-5! It is a challenging Marketing Manager position for somebody hungry to see results. You should be a critical thinker, be strategic and analytical. Due to the recent global merger there can be flexibility in hours with opportunities to work from home some days.
