Our client, a leading organisation in the Midlands and specialise in Leisure and Events. Based in their Marketing team they need a Marketing Manager for a 9 Month FTC due to increase projects.
This role of Marketing Manager will be required to work on the events and conferences aspect to the business, i.e large conferences, concerts and sporting events. It is a 9 month contract but due to the nature of the business this could go permanent
Key duties will be:
Managing integrated campaigns
Leading on strategy alongside the Director
Mentoring junior members across sales, marketing and ticketing
Delivery of all marketing campaigns
Briefing into the studio
You should be a driven individual with a real love for events and marketing. You should come from an integrated background and be used to the delivery of campaigns at a quick pace. You do not need to have had management experience but used to working in a team and mentoring juniors.
The ideal applicant will be a senior marketing executive or senior account executive looking for that next step. You could also be somebody looking for that step up without the real "management" aspect just strong marketing leadership.
