Pitch are working in partnership with a growing full service agency based in Leicestershire who are on the lookout for a Mid-Weight Designer, skilled across print and digital design, to join their growing team.
This well established agency prides itself on its longstanding client base, which includes a wide variety of blue chip and household brands, many of who have worked with the agency for over a decade. The past year has seen this business diversify a little, and they have continued to evolve and develop. With an investment in a new business function they continued to thrive and bought on board a variety of new clients, allowing them to maintain their focus on client service and excellent creative output.
Culture is key for this business and they see it as one of their biggest assets, they’re a team of over twenty people with a real family feel, a true belief in what they do and a shared common goal. They have fun, they work closely together, they enjoy what they do and who they do it with.
As they get busier they are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join their creative team and support their growth, working across both print and digital design for a whole host of clients. You’ll be working on high profile creative campaigns, conceptualising and designing, working on both standalone and team projects across all channels. You’ll be a creative thinker, insight led and conceptual as well as being able to work to brand guidelines when required. Within this role you’ll have the opportunity to design for print and digital channels, working on everything from brochures, POS and exhibition materials to video, animation and social assets.
This brilliant business is looking for an experienced Designer working at Mid-Weight level, able to collaborate as part of a team and take ownership of projects themselves. You need to be conceptual as well as hands on, taking an idea and coming up with brilliant creative that wows the client. It’s really important that you have experience, and a portfolio that demonstrates both digital and print based design work, including skills in motion graphics and PowerPoint.
