Day to day the role will be responsible for driving commercial performance. Working with the account handling team to ensure best practice and the best possible outcome for the agency and the client. Taking a lead with commercially orientated conversations and ensuring process and structure are robust enough to deliver effective and keep the team from being overwhelmed.

The role is a key cog in the management team and will require someone who gets digital marketing and understands agency. The Directors want to welcome someone into the senior team who can see the opportunity and wants to be part of the long-term agency growth plans.
