As a specialist recruitment agency, we partner with a number of in house and agency brands that pride themselves on their innovative marketing techniques and skills, each business has a unique offering that helps them stand apart from other brands. We are currently partnered with a leading integrated marketing agency that offers a unique approach to marketing by utilising technology and psychology to drive their strategies and decision making. The business has a global reach, with a large portfolio of clients, and is looking for a skilled Operations Manager to support in managing their commercial performance.
The Operations Manger will be responsible for the following activities:
- Managing the agency capacity, processes and systems to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Driving commercial performance.
- Creation and management of business processes.
- Managing internal work capacity and outsourcing when required.
- Reviewing internal systems and procedures, suggesting plans to maximise effectiveness based on business goals.
- Working as part of the senior leadership team in developing clear KPIs and monitoring business performance.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Managing the office compliance and overseeing recruitment processes as needed.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in an Operations Manager position, ideally within a marketing agency or the professional services industry. You will be confident, organised and have the ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets. This role will be required to travel to Birmingham on a monthly basis, but has the flexibility to work remotely. You must be based in the UK to be considered for this position. Interviews will take place online.
