Our friends at CWA are enjoying another growth spurt and we’re lucky enough to be supporting them in their hunt for talent again.

This time it’s for a brand-new role a Paid Media Executive!

The CWA team has been expanding their offering for the last few years and with a range of clients requiring more and more digital solutions the time has come to bring some super-skilled digital specialists in-house and grow their digital division.

As a Paid Media Executive, you’ll be part of the team that spearhead the paid offering, working with clients to devise strategic solutions and the internal team to elevate thinking and action when it comes to paid advertising solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Paid Ads professional who can develop and execute our growth plans.


So, what does the day-to-day look like? Working as a key member of the Media & Communications team you’ll deliver data-driven paid advertising strategies, optimise campaigns for performance and collaborate with creative teams to ensure effective messaging across all channels.

You’ll role will include some of the following:


+ Campaign management and optimisation

+ Manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads)

+ Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimise for conversions and ROI

+ Analyse campaign data to identify trends and insights for future optimisation

+ Report on campaign performance to clients and stakeholders regularly

+ Creative Collaboration

+ Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences

+ Provide feedback on creative executions and ensure alignment with campaign objectives

+ Oversee the A/B testing of ad variations and optimise based on data


To be considered you’ll need to be confident in your ability to not only deliver paid advertising solutions but communicate them effectively too. This is a leadership role so the CWA team is seeking someone who can upskill, share knowledge and, be part of this phase of their evolution. It goes without saying that you’ll also need the following experience.


+ Minimum 2 years of experience in paid advertising management, with experience in both B2B and B2C campaigns

+ Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven paid advertising strategies

+ Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major paid advertising platforms
