This is a leading brand with over 50 sites across the UK and an international consumer reach, selling luxury products both in store and at sea. Their timeless pieces are bespoke and well recognised in the creative world and have an excellent reputation.
As a creative company, they are looking for a skilled project manager who has a background in marketing, retail or art to support the day to day activities of their set client portfolio. This is a new role to the business to support their recent growth. You will work alongside a supportive and collaborative team in ensuring the seamless running of their diverse parter group.

The role would suit an experienced CRM Manager who is looking for flexibility in their next role. You would spend 2 days per week at our client’s offices in Tamworth and 3 days per week working at their client’s offices in Coventry - their client are an award winning legal firm. Your role will be to collect and manage prospect data which you will then use to trigger sales and marketing campaigns to convert these leads into clients. It is important that you demonstrate understanding, competency and experience gained not just from a Sales orientated background, but also from using Marketing Automation Software with an online marketing focus. Responsibilities Establish and manage the CRM and marketing automation. Map and own the customer journeys and buying cycles, creating triggers, campaigns and workflows from contact acquisition to retention.
