An international company who create state of the art interiors and exhibition structures are recruiting for a Project Manager. Whether you are looking for a breath taking exhibition stand or a grand corporate reception area, this company can help!
With a team of 15 people, this recognised leading family business is looking for a project manager to join the team. This role is not for the faint hearted and requires somebody engaging, happy to travel and with experience in understanding interior drawings.
The role of Project Manager will include the following responsibilities:
*Taking existing client briefs
*Sit it on initial meeting with Designers
*End to end project management
*Negotiating with external suppliers and contractors
*Provide full breakdown of costs - cost estimate sheet
*Assist with face to face presentations
This role of Project Manager requires somebody who is happy to travel a lot to be onsite at projects. If not on site you will be in the office. The ideal person is ambitious, driven and results driven. You should be a natural communicator, persuasive and be confident pushing back on suppliers.
The company doesn't want someone in Events or interior design but more somebody who understands large structural designs , i.e exhibition stands. Excel is a required tool to be confident in as it is how all projects are costed and monitored. You should be responsible, confident and have the experience to understand designs/working drawings.
