Pitch is a specialist marketing recruitment agency – we specialise in matching talented candidates with brilliant clients. Our aim is to find solutions, share insight, guide, and advise to enable candidates and clients to find what they’re looking for.
For clients that support might help them secure a rare paid social specialist. For candidates that might be a role that offers them enough flex to work from home 2 days a week. Whatever their challenge it’s our job to find the perfect solutions and that’s what we do best.
So where do you come in?
The Pitch team is growing, the clients are buying, and candidates are finally keen to secure a new challenge so the potential for success has never been better. Picking up a warm desk you’ll have relationships to manage from day one and plenty of opportunity to grow beyond what’s already available to you.
What would I be doing? Good question! Day to day you will:
+Candidates– You’ll find, engage, and support candidates in their hunt for their next opportunity. Whether it be a live search or to give advice and guidance you’ll be invested in their career, every step of the way.
+Clients– You will build exceptional commercial relationships with clients, helping and guiding them throughout the recruitment process from start to finish. Nothing we do is transactional!
+ New relationships– You will be responsible for finding, engaging, and building new relationships with candidates and clients alike. Spotting new opportunities for Pitch to invest and grow.
What we’re looking for:
A confident and articulate candidate who has worked in relationship-driven sales roles. You don’t have to have recruitment experience, but your approach needs to be people first and underpinned by commercial thinking. To be considered you must be able to share your relevant experience in sales and relationship management.

A Resourcer is a key part of a recruitment team, tasked with finding, engaging, and sharing great candidates across the business. You’ll have a nose for finding talent.
