As Recruitment Consultant you will be involved the full 360 recruitment process taking ownership of an established base of clients. Further to servicing these existing clients, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients through structured and tailored business development.
To be considered for the role of Recruitment Consultant, you'll need a proven background in recruitment. Having experience in marketing and digital sectors is highly desirable but not essential. The role would suit a Junior Recruiter looking to move into a role with more variety whilst receiving dedicated training to further your development.
You’ll need to be confident in front of clients and able to offer career advice to candidates from junior to senior level. We need someone with the drive and knowledge to help the team to continue along its growth plans. We want ambitious, target driven people as there are clearly defined criteria for developing your career within the business.
- Flexible start/finish and ability to work from home for part of the week (this won’t change post lockdown)
- Basic salary: £34,000 to £40,000
