Pitch is known for leading the way in recruiting Marketing, Advertising, PR, Design and Digital talent with, offices in Birmingham and Manchester. Due to growth in our Manchester office, we're looking for an experienced Consultant to join our team in our city centre offices.

The role will involve the full recruitment process, so you will be responsible for developing and managing your own client portfolio, all the way through to screening and qualifying the very best talent for interview, negotiating offers and beyond. To be considered you'll therefore need a proven background in recruitment. Experience in the sectors we recruit for is highly desirable, but not essential, especially if marketing is an area you’ve got an interest in.
You’ll need to be confident in front of clients and able to offer career advice to candidates from junior to senior level. We need someone with the drive and knowledge to help the team to continue along its growth plans.
There are clearly defined criteria for developing within the business so we’re looking for ambitious, target driven people. The role would suit a Junior Recruiter or Resourcer looking to move into a role with more variety and dedicated training.
