I am recruiting for a Sales Account Manager on behalf of my client, a family ran organisation providing industrial products nationwide.
Due to workload and continued growth, my client is looking for a Sales Manager to join their already established team to help them increase their revenue through the promotion and sales of the company’s products.
This role will be a blend of managing current accounts as well as looking at increasing their established client base through the introduction of prospective clients - you must be comfortable and happy with new business development activity. To take and deal with enquiries by telephone and email. This role would suit someone with a solid grounding in sales and account management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing lapsed accounts into existing customers.
- Promoting the company brand to increase conversions.
- Preparation of quotes and following up as required.
- Supporting other areas of the business when needed (admin and marketing for example).
- Dealing with enquiries and providing the best possible service to the customer.
- Enhancing your knowledge on the company’s products through learning and development.
- Being a good company ambassador and giving the customer an excellent experience.
