Our client, a national brand within the Utilities sector is based in the centre of Birmingham and looking for a number cruncher to join as the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Managing a Graphic designer and various agencies you will be responsible for the the multi-channel marketing plan and delivery. You will be managing budgets, spotting new opportunities, creating partnerships and leading on acquisition and brand marketing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing all marketing for the company
Developing the marketing strategy in line with company objectives
Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
Oversee the marketing budget
Promote and implement promotional campaigns
Oversee communications plans internally and externally
Manage multiple stakeholders
Be active with marketing research, customer demands
Work closely with the sales department
You should be a Senior Marketing Executive or something similar at that level who is ready for that next challenge step into a Managers role. You should be awesome at all communications, be very very commercially savvy, have a proper business mind and enjoy number crunching. All campaigns you are creating should have ROI at the forefront of the idea. You should be confident with digital (seo and ppc understanding) and traditional marketing across all channels to ensure you can be the proactive ideas person.
You should understand business targets, be happy managing multiple projects, ready to roll up your sleeves and ultimately build a team around you.
