Senior Account Manager

The client services team sits at the heart of the agency. The team nurture, understand, collaborate, and consult with all the clients. Sharing advice, guidance and ideas on new existing and ongoing marketing plans. They're in need a Senior Account Manager who can build relationships, spot opportunities, managed work through the agency and deliver on time and on budget.
Day to day you’ll be involved in the following:
Working daily with the Account Team on strategic marketing proposals and projects, including input into the creative concepts and content development.
The day-to-day management of client marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed to specific deadlines and within agreed budgets.
Daily communication and liaison with clients including taking, understanding, and discussing briefs.
Developing and implementing strategies for client projects/briefs to achieve the very best outcome for the client, including video/multimedia production, live events, ‘traditional’ marketing materials and digital solutions.
Studio liaison and briefing design teams and production coordinator.
Working with external media owners and advertising agencies to deliver assets for advertising campaigns (digital/print).
Project Administration tasks, from estimates and quotes through to final invoices and forecasting.
Business Development – the post holder will be encouraged to use their initiative and entrepreneurial skills to seek our new opportunities with both existing clients and new prospects.
