Senior Designer
£30,000 to £35,000 Depending on Experience
Midlands Based - Hybrid working
Pitch are proud to be working with a very exciting, well established agency. Due to several new account wins and ambitious future growth plans, they have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional technically capable Senior Designer to join the Creative Department.
You’ll be working across a mix of clients from B2B & B2C backgrounds, clients in the motor trade, pubs and many more.You will be able to blend creativity, flair, strong typographic knowledge and impeccable Mac. skills with intelligence that enables you to interpret client and internal briefs into compelling and original creative work. As well as working with the Artwork team to produce print media, the creative department also works alongside the Digital Development and Digital Marketing departments, so a strong understanding of digital media is required. Video editing skills would be a real benefit too.
What you’ll be up to on a daily basis:
Take designs from concept to execution for digital & print campaigns.
Confidently pitching ideas and concepts, either internally or occasionally to client.
Keep up to date on software, technical knowledge and design trends.
Manage and execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines.
Ensure all output is on brand and communicated clearly.
Collaborate closely with team members across our offices and disciplines to bring campaigns to life.
As their new Senior Designer, you will be able to demonstrate:
Great layout skills and the ability to take a creative idea and roll it out across different digital and print formats.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) with any other related software being a bonus.
Video editing skills would be a definite positive (Adobe Premiere & After Effects)
Good Digital knowledge – website design, digital banner production & social media design.
A strong visualisation skillset – from the loosest marker scamp through to computer-made mock-ups.
