Pitch is proud to be working with a fantastic full service creative agency based in central Birmingham to help them recruit a talented Senior Designer to join their growing team.
This well-established agency prides itself on its longstanding client base, which includes a wide variety of B2B brands across a range of sectors, many of whom have worked with the agency for over a decade. They have a true partnership approach to client relationships, working as an extension of their clients own marketing teams and are highly consultative in their approach. They work collaboratively with clients to understand their brand positioning, values and business objectives and come up with brand strategy that sets them apart.
Based in a central Birmingham location, with onsite parking, they can offer a fantastic long-term opportunity working within a close-knit agency team.
Within this Senior Designer role you’ll:
- Be the agency’s sole designer, working within a team of strategists, content creators, marketers and developers.
- Have the opportunity to collaborate directly with clients to get under the skin of their brand and what they want to achieve.
- Work from concept to delivery, with lots of creative freedom to bring your own ideas to life.
- Be working on multi-channel campaigns, designing across print and digital platforms.
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- Is an experienced Designer, able to design for a variety of print and digital channels, in house and agency backgrounds will be considered.
- Has a human centred approach to design and a keen eye for UX.
- Has a creative approach to design and is ideas focused, able to take a brief from concept to delivery.
