£35,000 - £40,000 Depending on Experience

Pitch are very excited to be working for an award-winning content marketing agency based in Birmingham who are looking for their next Senior Digital Campaign Manager to join their growing team.They are experts in digital, CRO, PR, social media, influencer engagement, experiential and events. Plus they have a dedicated creative content studio which specialises in design, copywriting, branding, animation, videography and photography. They boast a fantastic range of clients from retail, events, educational backgrounds and more.
So, where do you fit in to all of this? Working in the Digital team you will be reporting into the Digital Director supporting on client briefs whilst managing and leading Campaign Coordinators. If you like being apart of the strategy but also managing people, this is for you. You'll also work closely with the client services team and creative studio to bring the clients vision to life.

What your day to day could look like:
  • Working across all social channels, predominately Instagram and Facebook developing digital campaign strategies, including multi-channel plans, projections on results and demonstrating a positive ROI.
  • Managing a growing team of campaign coordinators to review and quality check campaign performance, providing them with best practice insights and techniques to drive innovation.
  • Management and control of allocated budgets for campaign activity and responsibility to ensure funds are used appropriately and effectively to deliver agreed targets.
Their brilliant new recruit will have:
  • Previous experience of working on paid social campaigns with sizeable budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices and technologies.
  • Proven experience in tracking, optimising, and reporting on digital campaign activities.
