Pitch is proud to be partnered with a Birmingham based creative marketing agency to help them find a super talented Senior Digital Designer to join their growing team. This role perfectly bridges the gap between an in-house and agency position, ensuring you get all the perks of working in-house without missing out on the agency buzz.

As an internal agency that services a variety of divisions within the business, all of your clients are on your doorstep, along with internal capability for delivery across all channels with a team of creative specialists that you will lead and oversee. As their Senior Digital Designer you’ll:
- Manage a small team of two – mid-weight and junior designers.
- Lead and advance the agencies digital offering, leading projects and project managing aswell as being hands on with design.
- Be heavily involved in ideas and concept creation from scamps to concept development and visual mock ups.
- Come up with concepts for creative work across a variety of digital channels from emails and social graphics right the way through to web builds.
This agency is looking for a candidate who:
- Is an experienced digital designer with the ability to lead a small team to deliver excellent creative work.
- Has a strong conceptual approach and can take a lead with creative strategy aswell as project managing creative campaign delivery.
- Has an in-house or agency background.
