A West Midlands based PR and social media agency are on the hunt for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Director to lead their social media team. This agency are without a doubt one of the best agencies in the region with a fantastic reputation and a number award wins to their name. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of clients where you will build and strengthen relationships
- Deliver forward thinking social media but also wider marketing strategies to a range of big name consumer brands
- Adapt campaigns to suit a range of objectives- traffic, views, leads, downloads conversions etc
- Optimise digital campaigns
- Lead a small team of social media specialists and be responsible for their career development and performance
- Work alongside other directors to deliver integrated campaigns that show a ROI for clients
- Bring in and convert new business leads to grow their social media offering
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 7 years social media experience
- Any e-commerce experience is a plus but not essential
- A creative thinker with the ability to think strategically
- Will have managed a small team
- Analytical and data driven
