We have a fantastic opportunity for a PR Account Manager to take their next step within a fantastic communications agency in Birmingham. You'll need to have strong experience of working on B2C and B2B accounts; in an agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients and develop successful PR, social media and influencer campaigns accordingly.
- Be responsible for the planning and day-to-day account management for your clients, including budget control.
- Ensure work is completed on time and to the highest standards
- Ensure all accounts are run efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Build strong relationships with clients and media/influencer contacts.
- Grow existing accounts and assist in the winning of new ones.
- Manage junior team members effectively, providing constructive and clear feedback, coaching them to grow in their role.
The ideal candidate:
- Ideally 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Proven track record achieving national media coverage
- You will be enthusiastic about developing your own PR career and will be looking to work for a supportive and creative PR agency who will help you achieve your goals
- Be knowledgeable, enthusiastic and authoritative
