Research Manager looking to join an agency with global reach?
This impressive team are looking for a talented Research Manager to join the ranks and support in the development of their offering to clients.
To be considered must be prepared to carry out in-depth data analysis and reporting to play a key role in providing insight into consumer behaviours that will influence final planning and delivery projects. Your consultative approach will help with understanding how brands engage with the consumer and how to best build projects with the research taken into consideration. Projects will be wide-ranging, from segmentation through to concept and brand development, and you will bring together data from ad hoc and continuous studies to give clients the 'story' behind the numbers.
We’re looking for a conscientious individual to use all available analytics tools to understand and report on data, digesting this via statistical analysis, data manipulation and interpretation; you’ll aim to nurture a factual view on whom the brand’s customers are, what they want and where to place them in persona groups in order to facilitate targeted communication. You’ll be responsible for bringing the customers 'voice' to life with clear decisions to improve the customer experience and drive the direct channel marketing.
