One of our long standing clients is currently looking for a Senior SEO Manager to join their successful retail brand. The business has deep routes within their category and have thrived in 2020 despite the challenges thrown at them. Building upon their success, they have created a new role in their Marketing function which will be critical in leading their SEO strategy.
The Senior SEO Manager will report into the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for managing a small team of skilled SEO professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management and delivery of the SEO strategy across planning, content, technical, offline and promotion.
- Utilising search insights to identify areas of growth, change and innovation.
- Collaborate with wider teams both internally and externally to ensure successful integration of SEO in all content across varied channels.
- Continuous SEO reporting, providing insights to senior stakeholders across the business.
- Managing expectations of the marketing team across SEO projects including email, PPC, advertising, and affiliates.
- Manage the SEO team with leadership, defined structure and support.
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate a strong, technical and strategic skillset. You will be an SEO thought leader and have excellent team management skills.
Required skills:
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Agency management experience.
- Salesforce experience.
- Current knowledge of recent algorithm and Google developments.
- Understanding of HTML and Javascript.
This role will interview and be on-boarded remotely, however will move to a more office based role later in the year. You must be able to commute to the head office on a weekly basis.
