Our client, a well-known health and wellbeing lifestyle brand is growing and is on the hunt for a couple of Social Media Community Engagement Officers. This will sit in the global PR and social department and will support with the expanding social media reach by participating in positive conversations across the network.
This is a really exciting year for the organisation and these social media roles will be engaging with all followers to promote the brand and celebrating its successes.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining relationships across social media
Support internal stakeholders with their social channels
Represent, enhance and protect the brands reputation
Support and prevent any crisis management
Key up to date with trends and innovations
Work closely with the content team to ensure effective targeting communications
