Pitch are supporting a family owned retail brand based in the centre of Birmingham in securing a Social Media Coordinator to join their team. The business has a long history of success within the interiors space, providing affordable and high quality products to their consumers. With multiple locations and a growing digital presence, they are looking for a dedicated individual to support the day to day management of their social platforms.
Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager you will be responsible for the following activities:
+ Supporting in the creation of the social media strategy for two of the companies brands.
+ Creating engaging content to reach the target market.
+ Produce email marketing campaigns.
+ Analysing performance of all digital campaigns, suggesting improvements and alterations when needed.
+ Managing the campaign calendar, and developing a posting schedule.
+ Acting as a brand advocate, being the public voice across all platforms.
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in a digital marketing or a social media focused role where they have been responsible in supporting the social strategy for the company.
