Pitch are recruiting on behalf of a specialist media agency, based in Birmingham who are looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager. The agency specialise in various forms of media planning/buying, including: TV & Radio, Digital, Out Of Home, Direct Mail and print. The agency have been growing over the past 2 years and are currently looking to employ another Account Manager to join their established client services team. To be successful you will be a Senior Digital Account Manager, with agency-side experience, along with Programmatic channel experience. This role will report into their Associate Director who has worked their way through the agency, and the successful candidate would be expected to pick up the mentoring and management responsibilities of other junior members of the team. Responsibilities: Work with existing clients to create digital campaigns, working towards a CPA/CPC goal across Paid Social Channels (FB, Intstagram, Twitter). Setup and manage all digital aspects of wider media campaigns. Produce digital plans and implement client campaigns. Deliver PPC campaigns, as well as managing the agency’s internal programmatic display platform. Tracking and reporting campaigns using third party tracking platforms such as DoubleClick. Managing budgets for clients. Managing internal social media channels, and client campaigns. Pitch are currently working with a fantastic client who are seeking an interim Social Media Manager to help their team during a peak seasonal campaign. This role requires you to operate across multiple sub-brands, whilst mirroring brand guidelines and overseeing internal/external stakeholders and agencies. Responsibilities: Manage stakeholders, working with sub-brand teams to understand their goals & objectives. Manage external agencies to support & implement campaign plans for the desired results. Including campaign planning, production, implementation and evaluation. Develop new content ideas to help drive traffic to websites.
