A Birmingham based Digital marketing Agency is looking for a skilled paid social specialist to join their team and support across a selection of their global client portfolio.The team and very well set up, impressively organised, have amazing offices, and a team jam packed full of talented digital profiles all working towards developing award winning client campaigns.Following client growth the agency need to bring in a middleweight paid social professional into their teamBut, what’s in it for you?As well as getting the chance to work with a savvy team in slick offices you’ll also be exposed to big brands, big budgets, and excellent training.

The client portfolio is vast and the range of challenges each client faces varies. Based on this you’ll be exposed to more changes, campaign modifications, tweaks and updates to get the most out of the campaigns. Which in turn will develop your skill set quickly. The agency aren’t looking for the finished product but they do want someone who has a base of paid knowledge and who is willing to grow their skills.  

If successful, you will be responsible for the following on a day-to-day basis:

• Creating and launching ad campaigns as well as troubleshooting challenges.
• Ensuring funnels are working and set up correctly ready for traffic.
• Consistently optimising and split testing to ensure you’re delivering the best results.
• Advising and directing clients on creative needed to improve campaigns.
• Working with the organic social team to deliver integrated solutions to clients.  

To be considered you will need:

• 2 years + of experience with Facebook paid advertising and analytics.
• Experience in successfully managing a range of clients at any one time.
• Experience managing significant budgets using Facebook Ads Manager.
• A strong understanding of Paid Social selling practices and the Social algorithms.
• A solid understanding of best practice for the creation and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns.
• Knowledge of keyword research and planning for Paid Social.
