A large integrated agency in Birmingham are seeking 2 days support in September to sit in their customer support team.
This role would suit someone who is looking to gain paid industry experience within an agency. This is an integral role to the company, where you will be at the first line of response for their clients.
Day to day responsibilities:
• Handle client enquires via phone or email on all their marketing collateral.
• Make amends to orders.
• Update relevant account handlers.
All training will be provided to ensure you can offer the best possible service to their well-known clients.
Dates: 26th & 27th Sept’19
Day rate: £75 per day
