Pitch is supporting a busy full service marketing agency who are looking for a Web Developer to join a growing technical team. Joining this agency you will be tasked with building bespoke, reliable and high-performing websites, mobile applications and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who can lead a project individually, working with account handlers and clients when needed to establish project specifics. You will also be capable of understanding and developing the best solutions to solve problems across new builds and general maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan & scope your own projects.
- Manage the whole development process (front end & back end), writing clean & maintainable code, whether for a new build or new feature.
- Effectively communicate timelines to account handlers & clients.
- When required, maintain previous projects.
- Managing daily campaign budgets.
- Manage and run your own builds, adhering to pre-agreed timelines.
Your essential skills
- Solid experience with front end tech such as: HTML, CSS & Javascript.
- Solid experience with back end tech such as: PHP, Laravel & NodeJS.
- Experience working with Javascript frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS.
- Experienced working with API integration, such as REST, SOAP and Google APIs.
- Proficient experience with MySQL & MongoDB database.
- Experience with version control systems including GIT.
- Experience building SEO-friendly websites.
- An ability to deploy & maintain websites or applications.
