We're looking for a Website Developer for a fantastic agency based in Greater Manchester. The right person will be responsible for back-end and a little front-end development. This roles requires a combination of programming skills (including PHP, Wordpress, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3).

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of developing quality code for WordPress systems. Experience with PHP language, and primarily with the WordPress content management platform, as well as handling issues and maintenance for WordPress and different systems. Although Wordpress experience is core this team are looking for a Developer with the skills to develop bespoke pieces of the websites so it's not all about Worpress

Key Responsibilities

• Building of Wordpress plugins and theme elements and existing plugins
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed
• Implementation of data storage solutions
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Developing bespoke sites
