Job Description
Our client, a large UK based professional services firm within the Insurance world is on the look out for a Website Services Executive to join the Digital Customer team. This is a 12 month contract.
The role of Website Services Executive will require somebody to maintain the website and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. You will be working on multiple projects including implementing developments to improve UX and meet business objectives whilst maintaining brand guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in website management to ensure all content support the online strategy
Manage digital agency and ensure all timelines and budgets are adhered too
Work with multiple stakeholders, customer communications, legal and technical departments
Report and present on information,
You should be someone that isn't afraid to push back and suggest change, you should be happy to take ownership of projects and delivery with a successful outcome.
You will be expected to have fantastic communication skill both written and verbal, have excellent planning skills, be great at customer relations, understand UX journeys and be happy working in a professional services environment.
