Birmingham's most prominent corporate comms agency is looking for an accomplished AD to join their award winning team. As Account Director you'll have responsibility for a mix of prestigious clients so a proven background at this level is essential.

As you'd expect, any experience within corporate communications would be a massive bonus. To be considered you'll need to have a proven agency background, with a portfolio bursting with great campaigns and demonstrable client management experience, along with exceptional communication skills and varied experience. You will also have a natural ability to nurture and inspire junior team members.

To be considered you will have a proven track record of achieving above expectation for your clients and will have a clear appreciation of the need to deliver commercial benefits in marketing campaigns, all while carefully managing client budgets. The role is to work across a range of high profile consumer clients so you'll be challenged on a daily basis to deliver quality campaigns that incorporate unique ideas for the brands you're working with.
