As an Account Director you will have strong delivery experience across traditional media channels, such as print, as well as have a strong understanding of all things digital.
You must have strong Project Management experience, able to oversee work from initial brief through to campaign completion and delivery.
As Account Director, you will work with the team, ensuring that the work created in the Worcester office is translated and delivered through an online system through several different languages and signed off on the other side. This will be across on and off-line channels and include creative and written content for things like brochures, websites, etc.
The ideal Account Director will be well organised, be able to manage budgets of varying sizes, from small to large. Setting and adhering/managing time lines. Delegating work flow and implementing/improving efficiency is important.
The Account Director will also be a team player with good social skills.
