To qualify for the role, it's important that you've worked in a well-known branding or strategic marketing agency on equally well-known brands. In an ideal world your client experience will have included working closely with retail brands, however, it's your broader approach to brand communications that's more important.
We're looking for someone who a natural commercial and entrepreneurial flair, with a proven ability to drive growth in new and existing account and an ability to lead and nurture a talented team of account handlers.
As you'd expect, as an Account Director your role will encompass both managing/developing existing accounts, developing strategic solutions and building exceptional client relationships, along with developing new clients. You'll be a key member of the management team working with insight and planning, creative and the junior account handler to deliver the best possible solutions to your clients.
