We are looking for an Account Manager to join a growing agency in Birmingham. You'll need to have a blend of commercial and agency experience.
You will have an opportunity to grow with a dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will play an essential role in the Account Management team, providing key clients with expert knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a background in managing accounts within an marketing agency and have the ability to oversee project delivery. You will be the key point of contact for the client, responsible for ensuring excellent client service and communication. Working alongside the Account Director and with internal teams you'll be ensuring the smooth operations across client accounts.
* Supporting senior account team members in the growth, development and day-to-day service of key client relationships
* Developing a thorough understanding of a client's business
* Assisting in the response to new business opportunities
* Developing client briefs
* Seeking out opportunities for business within existing clients
- Good administration and planning skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent time management and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task
