We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a well established full service marketing communications agency based in Leicester. They are a forward thinking organisation that offer a range of services across creative, planning, PR & Social, experiential and video across a fantastic portfolio of B2B Clients. To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will need to have strong agency and digital experience, and have excellent communications skills in building report with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting in the servicing of key clients
  • Making sure everything is running efficiently, on timescale and to budget
  • Building new and nurturing current client relationships
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure clients needs, objectives and outcomes are met
  • Undertake research into clients and competitors as required

Ideal Candidate

  • 4+ years experience in a similar agency role
  • Experience of managing projects through the entire process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative thinker with ability to present ideas to clients
  • Line management experience desirable (not essential)
