So when they put a brief out for a talented Artworker to join them to work across a variety of integrated marketing campaigns, it's a role any proven Artworker should pay very serious attention to.
With a good base of agency experience, you must have a high level of technical artworking ability, with a dash of creative flair. You'll spend most of your time working closely with Designers and Art Directors to ensure scamps and designs are accurately translated into finished artwork. It's therefore essential that you're an expert when it comes to producing first class artwork across all forms of activity, but that you also have a strong design eye and an ability to translate scamps into beautiful design.
You'll need to be a dab hand when it comes to all things mac, have accuracy skills that are second to none, a real eye for typography and an ability to make a good cuppa (optional!). Any digital art working experience would be the icing on the cake (banner ads / html5 / emails) but isn't essential, although a desire to learn would certainly be desirable. All the usual stuff such as first class skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are of course essential.
