An award property development organisation is currently on the look out for a Bid Writer.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious Bid Writer who enjoys the nitty gritty of business, to join a company who have delivered numerous projects in excess of £500 million.
The role requires somebody to produce, manage and execute high quality marketing content and business development to ensure success when securing tenders and business cases.
Duties will include but not be restricted to:
Attending regular bidding team meetings
Manage bid content
Research, edit and review bid content
Ensure information is understood to avoid a weak link in the bid
Provide team support with feedback when necessary to enhance L&D
Manage the production of business cases for new property developments
Be a central contact for projects and lead the business cases
It goes without saying that you will need proven stakeholder management due to working with them internally and externally. You will also be versatile with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. A good understanding of the public sector is also ideal with basic knowledge of property/construction.
