As Brand Manager you will be working as an integral part of a small UK marketing team. There is a huge opportunity to take responsibility for all areas of the marketing mix for this category leading brand and to make a real and visible difference within the business.
To be considered you’ll ideally need a proven brand marketing background in an FMCG / retail business, although candidates with outstanding track records of developing market share for major consumer brands will also be welcomed. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a relatively fast paced and fluid environment, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and developing category leading integrated marketing activity.
The role of Brand Manager spans both consumer and b2b activity, although consumer is the key driver and where we’re looking for expertise in particular. You’ll be responsible for brand planning and developing marketing activity across all channels to ensure audience engagement and will be adept at project managing the delivery of all marketing activity.
Work will include seasonal campaign activity, retail and experiential marketing, new product development, retail marketing, packaging design and all other forms of communications (including digital/social media engagement) so it’s important you have a breadth of marketing experience and a track record of driving tangible ROI.
