You'll be working closely with the account handling team and the Head of New Business targeting prospective clients and putting together new business strategy. The role involves identifying potential clients and making initial contact via a mix of telephone work, DM and e-mail.
As Business Development Manager you will be managing the entire sales process; from targeting and managing leads to pitching, as part of this you will have the opportunity to create and shape a new business strategy that will aim to achieve your monthly targets. There is a massive opportunity for growth and progression in the agency so its a real exciting opportunity to make this your own.
To be considered you will either have a base of agency experience (either in new biz or account handling) or sales within a related industry such as market research or data. Either which way you will come with a solid understanding/qualifications in marketing and hunger to grow accounts, get new business and increase revenue, in additional digital knowledge will be a massive bonus!
You'll also need bags of energy, be tenacious, professional and driven. For the right person this role can be both exciting and a real chance to further your career. There is also opportunity to work from home a couple days a week.
