One of the UK's most successful and creative retail design agencies is looking for a Client Services Manager to take the day-to-day lead on a highly prestigious retail brand.
They are that busy that they need one full time Client Manager and one three days a week, so perfect for a returning to work mum or someone who wants some flexibility.
In an ideal world as a Client Manager you will have an impressive background in retail communications, coupled with a thorough understanding of all marketing channels and an appreciation of how to influence consumer purchase. Given the nature of this fabulous agency, it could be that you're from either an in-house brand management background, or an agency background. Either way, you'll be brilliant at building strong relationships both with client contacts at all levels, and within the agency.
To be considered for this Client Manager role you'll ideally need an interest in the fast moving fashion/retail sector and will need to demonstrate a clear commercial acumen, with an ability to develop coherent, well reasoned strategy. You'll also have a knack at getting the best out of more junior team members and for working closely with creative teams to ensure the best possible creative solutions are achieved.
You'll not only be able to spot opportunities to develop new opportunities but you'll also be able to see through campaigns/projects from brief to delivery - all with a meticulous attention to detail.
