We are currently supporting a market-leading construction company based in Birmingham who are looking for a Communications Executive to join their growing team. This role is a new addition to the marketing team with the focus to support effective delivery of the company's internal communications plans driving employee awareness, understanding and engagement as well as contributing to content creation and local PR.
The Communications Executive will support on the delivery of the internal communications plan by managing internal comms channels for the business, including a monthly e-newsletter, digital signage and noticeboards. They will take ownership of various projects such as the roll out of company initiatives, community relations and local PR for events.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have a general understanding using digital communications systems. This role requires engaging with senior stakeholders and utilising effective written and verbal communication. Proficient skills in Microsoft office are required.
