The right person will utilise the organisations CRM system to deliver targeted multichannel marketing campaigns based on clear segmentation of members and customers. They'll support and develop activities driven by CRM to maximise the relationship between both members and customers and produce analytical reports giving recommendations based on findings.
To be considered you'll be highly competent using CRM to support campaign activities through data selections, cleansing and extractions. You'll be versatile with the ability to switch between different facets of the business at a drop of a hat and will produce campaign briefs and supporting operational guidance as required ensuring campaign delivery.
