The business is supported by the UK's largest trade retailer and offers anybody within the trade industry a new way to buy all their supplies through a new service model.
The role of CRM Manager will sit under the Head of Digital and requires a committed, hands on individual who will work collaboratively with the team and deliver on designing a solid CRM strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
Designing a CRM journey
Develop a CRM tool and customer loyalty scheme
Develop the existing customer segmentation and integrate into new CRM journey
Design CRM activities such as email, SMS and social media campaigns including push notifications
Understand and prove how vital CRM is to increase sales and promote customer loyalty
Report on CRM and analyse
You should have a solid background in a CRM environment and be able to give evidence of how different customer journeys have a positive impact on business performance. You should be results driven, happy to be hands-on and turn your hand to any projects. Remember, although backed by a larger organisation this is a new company, so needs somebody who is a team player.
You should be able to work collaboratively as the culture of the new business is agile working. Experience in a multi-channel retail or trade environment is ideal.
This role is paying well with a salary of circa £50,000 +25 days holiday and flexible working.
