A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Customer Insights Manager to join a professional services firm based in the west midlands.
To be considered you'll have a proven track record with market research with experience of segmentation, modelling market sizing and analysis. You will be commecially savvy with the skillset to interpret data ensuring the company can be proactively improving marketing campaigns in line with the market.
Reporting into the External Relations Director you'll boast exceptional stakeholder management capabilities. You'll identify customer, consumer, competitor and market information requirements and determine how these might be used. You'll also design, optimise and administer regular research programmers to meet identified research requirements.
You'll have experience of managing a team and will ideally have experience growing and developing team members internally. You'll have broad experience across quantitative and qualitative research. A background in Financial Services is desirable but not a necessity.
