An exciting opportunity for a Data Manager to join this large PLC’s Customer Journey team.
The role is focussed on managing data to drive improvements in the customer experience. You will maintain reliable data reporting systems, reporting back on customer satisfaction while highlighting areas of improvements in line with service level agreements and KPIs. As Data Manager you will manage a team of Analysts and Technician, and will be responsible for their development, setting them clear objectives and targets.
You will ensure your team work closely with all internal stakeholders to deliver a focused strategy around continual customer journey improvements.
To be considered you will be experienced in building strong bridges between departments, listening to business challenges and suggest ways you can contribute. You will also be commercially minded enough to spot further uses for the data and how information along the way might be able to be of use to various departments. A strong data science background, you will be comfortable in all the usual reporting tools, making recommendations for any necessary IT/software improvements to deliver heightened ROI from the team.
