We're looking for a CD who can concept and direct digital campaigns that will excite clients and elevate their brands online, who also have an understanding of how ideas translate across traditional channels to form truly omni-channel campaigns.
As you'd expect, you'll need to boast an impressive track record that demonstrates innovative digital campaign thinking: this role is about developing integrated campaign ideas that put digital at their heart and work across all channels.
To be considered we'll need you to demonstrate that you've got a clear understanding of how to develop campaigns that engage with audiences online so it's essential you have a proven track record in the digital space and boast a portfolio of work that spans all digital channels. We're very open to people from either a creative or planning background, as creative strategy is at the heart of this role.
You'll need to be a senior digital creative / planner at the very top of your game, a creative who loves pushing the boundaries, loves all things digital and who's constantly looking to keep at the forefront of the latest developments.
You'll have a finely honed understanding of UI/UX, be technically savvy and have a natural ability to lead and inspire a talented team. You'll be great with clients, confident developing and delivering pitch winning ideas and will also help raise the digital profile of the agency through driving the creative output to new heights.
