A fast growing online insurance firm is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager/Digital Lead to join the team. Due to the business recently starting, they require individuals who are engaged and dedicated to the business. The role of Digital Marketing Manager will see you manage a small team - initially a Digital Copywriter and a few more additions. The business owners have been managing the basics up until now and outsourcing it to an agency/freelancers.
Due to recent exciting business changes, the company is going to be expanding rapidly over the next year and now requires a dedicated digital team to lead on all online brand campaigns. The key purpose to the role of Digital Marketing Manager/Digital Lead/Digital Lead will be to lead the team, ensure all data, analytics and insights are at the heart of all decision making and developments of all digital marketing strategies. You will need to possess excellent technical SEO skills but also know how to measure success using analytics and then using this to move forward with winning content strategies.
Key responsibilities will include:
Defining digital strategy
Feed insight into digital support functions
Set out targets and KPIs
Implement all SEO tactics
Monitor, analyse and optimise website activity
Manage Google Analytics
Understand the client database and produce targeted segmentations
Report back all client reporting, pre and post campaigns
Work very closely with board
You will be an experienced digital candidate, leading and bring the digital strategy to the table. You will have a solid background in search marketing and paid media. You will be strategic, analytical and a problem solver. You will need to be able to deliver stories and campaigns based on your data analysing, so you should have a confident communication style and be ready to work hard for this growing business.
