Our client, a leading financial services group based in Birmingham are growing their digital team and require an analytical Marketing specialist to bring insight into all things digital. They need somebody who will be one step ahead at all times, who is innovative, proactive and driven to make a difference. This role is essential to the growth of the business and internal stakeholders will rely on this person to provide key insight in to the business.
This role of Digital Marketing specialist has one clear goal, to enhance the customer experience to drive growth and retention. With the firm being in financial services, its fast paced, buzzy but naturally comes with its challenges. The following outline these key responsibilities:
- Management of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Accounts
- Analyse UX through various tools
- Understand online user behaviour and provide insight for the necessary departments
- Market research - SEO, PPC, email marketing and other digital channels
- Routinely measure web traffic, campaign performance etc.
This role is for somebody software savvy and proactive in their approach. You should be advanced in the software previously mentioned. An ideal applicant will have evident digital experience for roughly 3 years+, analysing and providing insight to stakeholders. You should have solid digital marketing experience across content, UX, Optimisation and analytical tools. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential as well
