This outstanding integrated agency is on the lookout for a Helpdesk Support Executive to join their ever expanding digital team.
This is a brand new role to ensure that any digital related enquiries or issues are reported to handled and escalated as appropriate with the internal teams and to offer a support service to clients, as well as ensuring that all digital systems and processes are dealt with efficiently.
You will also be working with Project Managers to understand the client's upcoming projects, provide support, both phone and email, for troubleshooting for client queries. Ideally you will come from an agency or IT background, have good relationship building skills, strong communication skills and most of all a good understating of the digital field. You will additionally have experience in content management and be able to manage content changes to clients' digital platforms.
You will take ownership of investigating and finding solutions to client issues before passing through to second line support within the different teams.
You don't need an extensive support background for the role but will need a real willingness to learn and develop and have a clear interest in the online world. Excellent progression opportunities exist within this impressive digital team so it's a brilliant time to join.
