We are looking to recruit a Junior Production Coordinator for a three month project starting from mid Augustto join with a collaborative and friendly in-house studio.
The role of Junior Production Coordinator is first and foremost to support the marketing team and ensure that all design projects are allocated and coordinated through the studio appropriately. There is currently a back-log of projects - specifically web- which need allocating and distributing amongst the team, thus this role will see you taking ownership and responsibility over a variety of projects (both print and digital) ensuring the smooth running through the studio. As well as this, you will assist with other administration and offices tasks where needed.
Ideally we are looking for a junior level Production Coordinator with strong communication and organisational skills. A positive, energetic and independent individual, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, be confident tracking projects through the studio, will be comfortable speaking to various departments ensuring that projects are organised and scheduled appropriately.
Strong administration skills are a must, as is experience working in a bustling office environment

This is a brand new role to ensure that any digital related enquiries or issues are reported to handled and escalated as appropriate with the internal teams and to offer a support service to clients, as well as ensuring that all digital systems and processes are dealt with efficiently.
You will also be working with Project Managers to understand the client’s upcoming projects, provide support, both phone and email, for troubleshooting for client queries. Ideally you will come from an agency or IT background, have good relationship building skills, strong communication skills and most of all a good understating of the digital field. You will additionally have experience in content management and be able to manage content changes to clients’ digital platforms. You will take ownership of investigating and finding solutions to client issues before passing through to second line support within the different teams.
